This unique hoodie is made with super soft grey sweatshirt material, "tweed" looking stretchy active wear fabric and forest teal green sweatshirt material sleeves.  Comfy, cozy and ready to be lived in!  The fit is longer to be more like a 'tunic' or 'dress' style.  The pocket is nice and big and there are added cuffs.  The cowl style neck line serves as an amazing wind and cold barrier with the hood up.  
 
It is not a turtle neck, its a turtle shell.
